Weird. 2 people (men), not really me, were trying to do something against a secret cabal of vampire like creatures. Only the vampire like creatures caught them and turned them.


Then later one, maybe related, maybe not, some terrorist was executing people in a large park. Very unpleasant. I was shot in the leg. Woke up.

Dreamt that the ending of the novel The Devil's Acolyte by Michael Jecks (which I had just finished at aroud 5:15 am) had a different, or rather, additional ending. An unhappy ending, in which the wife of the one of the main detectives left him for some strange reason. Had this 2 or 3 times, and upset me for some reason. Had to re-read the ending again, just to make sure that wasn't the case.

Also, when I woke up, had some odd scratches. Right forearm, just below the wrist. 3 parallel scratches, about 3/4 of an inch apart. Didn't start hurting until I had taken a shower. Weird, because they don't seem like cat scatches

Was going somewhere, via this strange tunnel. It was with sand, and all sorts of ancient artifacts. Then I somehow found out I had severaly injured the top of my head. Around the hairline on the front, big gouge an inch or so deep. Very painful.


(First part possibly triggered by movie on the Sci-Fi channel about a mysterious alien objects, the 2nd part by a novel in which one of the characters had his jaw slashed/crushed with a sword and was maimed).

Also maybe because later that day, I had to change the tire on the truck, and the jack came very close to falling off which would have essentially caused the rim of the fender to whack me in the head where I had my wound in my dream. Very very creepy)

Had a weird dream, about something mysterious.

Only it somewhat got converted into the miniseries Taken, complete with grey aliens and me being abducted somewhat painfully.

Dreamt that I had to kill a possum, for some weird reason (perhaps possums were bombing Pearl Harbor).

So I got a gun, and tried to attach a laser to it. The gun wasn't my .357, or any others. Was a semi-automatic pistol. Kinda like the old .22.

Dreamt I had gotten engaged to Michelle, and was going to get married in the near future. The really weird part was this wasn't set in the present day, but in the future. In the Star Trek: The Next Generation era/setting.

ANyway, my parents actually liked her more than I suspected. But I had my doubts. While I liked her, I thought perhaps we were getting married too soon.

The weird thing is, this dream started again twice (from the start), after I had woken up.

(I would guess that this sums up how I feel about Michelle. On the one hand, I really like her, but OTOH, I don't really know her that well. Sort of a moot point, anyway, since the feeling isn't mutual.)

Dreamt I found a great deal of money. $10,000.

Alas, not true in real life.
