Jeremy's Dream Blog

When I remember them, I try to write down my dreams. Largely inspired by Dunne, it's also fun to do.

Dreamt I had a step-daughter, whom I called "Bew" when I talked to her.

(Pretty sketchy memory of it).

Pretty clearly inspired by watching a Dr. Who episode, Invasion of the Earth by the Daleks, where Dr. Who let his granddaughter, Susan go after she fell in love with a guy (she may or may not be adopted, I think she was)

Dreamt that there was a strange car parked outside, apparently abandoned. So called a tow truck to take it away and discovered a small group of new-agers living in the woods behind the place.

One was actually decent looking ( a guy), then an old guy and the other two I didn't notice. But they were waiting (or had been visiting?) for a UFO to land.

I talked to them a lot.

They also had a cat, black cat, about the size of Milly, but had dark red eyes. Was smart and obedient, but kept attacking me

I was some restaurant someplace, run down, and then there was this musical show. "Old Country" or something like that, there were 3 people in the band, no drummer, and they were all disguised with really cheap disguises, so they looked like scarecrows or something (or rocks?)

Anyway, it wasn't bad, at least it wasn't twangy.

Then I went to the house or restaurant or something, and it turns out to be haunted. At first the haunting stuff is minor, and I proclaim there is a poltergeist, then it picks me up and I start flying around.

I fly around for a while (and it was pretty fun, I was enjoying it, and I started thinking that people could get hooked on this). Then I land near the door and open it, and there is a bunch of attractive women in some sort of gothy looking cheerleader outfit.

And then sadly I woke up.

(Pretty clearly inspired by an episode of A Haunting, which I had been watching this week)

Dreamt that a friend invited me over.

She had a weird cat, sort of the Jesus or Buddha of cats, named Ashra or Ashura or something like that. It cuddled with me as I slept, and spiritually enlightened me. Long haired cat, white, I think, maybe grey.

Sorry for the non posts... (not like anyone reads this)

I was in some sort of duel with some guy, he had a rifle, I had a pistol. He beat me to the draw and fired at me, but missed. In return, I deliberately aimed towards the ground to deliberately miss, settling things, but my gun wouldn't shoot at all. He began to take another shot, so I charged him and I think threw my gun at him, conking him on the head.

It's not a lot of fun, even in a dream, having a guy shoot at you point blank with a rifle. I remind thinking "Oh, sh__" as he pulled the rigger.

Dreamt that I moved to my old family's farm after being away for a while, and I met a male cousin, who looked a lot like Orlando Jones only he wore coveralls and had a southern accent. And that there were skunks and bats living in the trunk of my car

Then I had a dream about a neighbor driving too fast, and his car flipping over

Then it sort of changed, and it was about a group of special education students. But they werne't slow, they were monsters. Like one was a zombie (this girl, had this thing about her neck, red thing, gore), and I think one Canadian ( a la the Simpsons You Only Move Twice), who the monster students kept pretending to attack, especially the zombie girl.

Was living in this gigantic building in the middle of the desert? Or some sort of sandy arid area. Maybe there was the ocean. But almost at the top of a huge building.

In the distance I could see another building being built, except it wasn't a building, it was some sort of space ship.

Then in another dream, or maybe the same one, I visited some relatives. Which relatives I'm not sure, I called them my cousins, but they didn't really resembled any of my cousins. Brought a "Film Crew" dvd to watch and a Nintendo DS. They weren't impressed by either (can't blame them).
